Skillmora
You can delete your Skillmora account from this page without signing in to the app. Enter the email registered with Skillmora. If the account exists, we will send a one-time password (OTP) to that email. After you verify the OTP, your deletion request is sent to the admin team.
How to delete your account
- Enter your registered Skillmora email address below.
- Optionally add a reason for deletion.
- Request an OTP. We send it only if that email is registered.
- Enter the 6-digit OTP to submit your deletion request.
- Or email support@skillmora.com from your registered address with the subject “Delete Account”.
What gets deleted
Once your account is deleted, the following information associated with your account will be removed from Skillmora:
- Profile details and personal information
- Login credentials and account access
- Job applications, saved jobs, or posted jobs
- Messages, reviews, and other account activity
Data we may retain
Some information may be retained for a limited period if required by law, fraud prevention, or billing records. This retained data is not used for any other purpose.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You do not need to be logged in. An OTP is sent only if the email is already registered as a job seeker or employer.
